Ingredients
- Diced tuna in 3/4-inch cubes
- Sea Salt
- White onion
- Green onion
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
- Tangerine (Juiced)
- Black Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Dice tuna into uniform 3/4-inch cubes
- chop white and green onions
- Combine onions and ahi and chill
- Make the sauce by combining mayo and hot sauce and tangerine juice and apply to poke with a squirt bottle
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
