IGFA 2021 International Auction Goes Virtual

The International Game Fish Association (IGFA) announced that, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 IGFA International Auction would be held virtually at 6:30 pm EDT on February 13, 2021. Fishing enthusiasts from around the globe are invited to join in for an evening of fun, fishing, and, of course, an exciting live auction.

“This is certainly a difficult call to make considering this event is our most significant fundraiser of the year,” said IGFA President Jason Schratwieser. “But at the end of the day, the safety of our members and staff is paramount, and we are excited to have a fun and engaging virtual event this February.”

The evening will be hosted by two-time Olympian, award-winning author of “A Passion for Tarpon,” host of the “Millhouse Podcast,” and IGFA Trustee, Andy Mill. And, for the eighth consecutive year, auctioneer David Goodman will take the stage to feature stunning trips and experiences in the online live auction. “David’s signature excitement and energy, coupled with the incredible live auction items we’ll have available, will be something you won’t want to miss,” said IGFA Development Director Eric Combast.
