found some stuff to marinade yT & happened to come out great
in a zip lock put YT cut into 5"-7" strips only about 2 "wide (so it will cook quick)
Put Yoshida's gormet sauce (from Costco/kinda like terriaki)
a bunch of garlic powder & what gave it a twist a bunch of splashes of Tabasco(as much as you want)..marinate in fridge about 2 hours.
grilled it for about 5 minutes, was real different, almost like candy. had people eating lb's of it & they don't even like fish.
