No more room for Tuna in the freezer right now...
We're almost sick of fresh Poke and Seared Ahi steaks...

Ordered a dehydrator for making Ahi jerky to mix things up.

Anyone have some other suggestions and ways to clear out my 100+ lbs of Ahi without getting bored?

Smoke 'em if you got 'em! I'm smoking another batch this weekend. Always a hit on the private charter trips and I always kick the captain and crew a few bags. I took a few bags of smoked into work this week and it disappeared pretty quick. After next week's trip, if we get into the tuna again, I'm going to have to break out the canning equipment. With the canning you can do so many different flavor add ins it shouldn't get boring. And it keeps for a long time.

When I have too much fish, I offer to neighbors with one caveat:

They need to give me one plate of however they cook it.

Hint: Asian and Mediterranean neighbors have unlimited ways to prepare fish.
