So went to nacho for some bait Around 545am. Line was huge. Waited 30 minutes for some sardines. Headed to the oil rigs for about an hour and got a nice sand bass.
There was only like 10 boats and then they all split after about 45 minutes.

So I looked toward Izors, and there were like 3 cattle boats. Dana wharf ,Enterprise and Clemente . Along with about 15 private boats. So we head over there and there are a bunch of bouys in the water. Not sure why. Looks like an obstacle course for sailboats or something.
Anyways within 30 minutes we have 3 YELLOWTAIL. ... everyone is hooked up.
My son and I on a double , the Dana wharf has a full boat- they are chumming, screaming and everyone is on fish!
Then the enterprise moves in and wham - they are screaming too.
Also snapped a pole and my boy still brought in a yellow. Epic
I haven't had yellowtail at the 150 since El Niño in 2015.
It was a great day. Totaled out at 18 yellowtail - gave one to Gary at the shoreline fuel dock.
My girlfriend was driving and I was able to fish all day
    Loved it !!
So what are those bouys for??? Lol

Those buoys are for mussel farming. They are basically like mussel pens.
