    It's probably not sick ,it's just an escapee from a tuna pen .They're pretty used to going in circles. :D

    My San Clemente lifeguard bud caught a 150# yellowfin in the surfline off North Beach about 10 years ago in the middle of winter. Fish and game came by to see it and verify the species. They took some chunks and left. Doubtful my buddy had a valid fishing license but didn't get cited.
