Nice looking build. Not quite suitable for my hunting needs, but I bet that buggy was pretty damn fun!

I just drove by a samurai in Enumclaw for sale. 3500. Looks straight and appears to have minimal mods done to it. Right next to les schwab.

Where do I pick up my finders fee?

That one has the worst paint ever, look at the pictures again, Laurence dont buy this toilet. Allan what Laurence is looking for is something that you would never consider making an off road vehicle, one that is nice enough to be a daily driver for someone. Then He will have a non molested clean smelling and maintainable. Instead of buying someone else’s terd that needs constant maintenance. If it looks cool we dont want it, needs to look like grandma owned it cause her husband died and he used to tow it behind their motor home, but he died a month after he bought it and she hated it and was glad he died so she could sell it, but then she died and he daughter had to sell it and it is now 20 years later and finally is gettting around to selling it, cause her now 16 yr old son doesn’t want it cause it dont have BLUE TOOTH!!

Hope this helps paint the picture of what he is looking for buddy.

    Hahahaha. Pretty close Benjamin!

Looking at this one tonight. Cleanest one if people seen in an ad so far. Father in law’s rig that was towed behind the motor home to and from AZ for years.

Quite a bit of value for the money compared to a side by side. However, the Samarai we had in the 80’s rode like a buckboard on bad trail. My back couldn't take that kind of abuse today. The side by sides I have tried ride much better.

I got that add from 3 others :). Thanks all for looking out. Buying the blue one. Needs a new muffler, a spare tire/wheel (15 x 33”), and a winch.

The rear was rebuilt with 4.57 gears, but only the front has a locker. New rear drive shaft. Not sure about the transfer case. I’ll figure that out the hard way...

I’ve been working on adding the onboard air for the dually, so have’nt gotten to replacing the muffler on The Sammy. That needs it bad. Gonnnahit the Off-road Jeep Club swapmeet on the 11th. Hope to get some cool stuff there.

The Sammy you got looks to be in fantastic shape for its age. Very little rust and really clean. I think that was a great buy.

I've wanted one ever since I was in college, just always thought they were really cool and that it'd be fun to drive one around in town.

How does yours drive on the highway? How fast can you drive comfortably before it starts to wander back and forth?

    Enjoy your new toy!!!

That's good it has gears. Just be carefull with the t-case, too much screwing around and those t-cases are known for splitting. I know it's just going to be your hunting rig but I've seen the t-case literally fall out on the ground more than once on a couple samurai's.

I went with a 85 Toyota 4Runner. The 22re bit the dust at just over 300k so I put a 3rz from a 99 Tacoma in it. 3" suspension lift from Old Man Emu, front and rear lockers and a super single transfercase. Not to many places it won't go.
