Not a monster but able to produce one little guy! Soooooo many calico and cuda. It was an epic day. Weather and wind were perfect. Water looks to be clearing up in west end on both sides of island. Learning a lot out there. Did a lap around the entire island. All fish release (I never keep calicos, too slow to grow!)

Can you provide a live feed on you tube so I don't miss any of the action?

Man awesome day, good choice going out. I love Cat there is an abundance of fish there just get your spots and fish em. Great job. They don’t have to be slugs to be considered a great day at the island. Good job and thank you for the fish porn. I love seeing these on days I can’t get out.

We got a late start and The east end was dead for most it appeared. We got skunked...got a few raked baits by what appeared to be small cuda's, but nothing. No birds, no boils whatsoever.....Headed back at noon and got treated w/ 20 knot westerlies that made the crossing back challenging to say the least. The boat did great w/ the chop. Ready to hit it again w/ a better weather report.

    Thanks for the report.

Going to be a little swell this week, but wind permitting, probably hitting Cat Thursday late afternoon or worst case scenario 0 dark 30 Friday am. It's time to do some prospecting around the 152 and 277, paddy hop my way down from Avalon and hope to god I see some lost tuna. Let me know if you guys will be offshore

    Cat fishing is dog shit.
Especially after 2 20knot days of west wind... yea, happily stay home
