I predict easy limits of WFO fishing.
The hull will be bare paint

2.5 day going out on the 26th. Hope all that warm water sends up some exotics. Leaving the 130# rig at home.

In all seriousness, what's the heaviest that makes sense on these 3-5 day trips? I'd assume some of the boats may hang around "locally" depending on where the fish are.

On a 1.5 in early June, we were off SCI chasing the mirages (BFT). JP was #60 if I recall correctly. Haven't been on the boards in a while so not sure if guys are seeing larger models at gaff as of late (even if it's slowed).

The bite locally has picked up with a few boats got 100+ fish for today and more than a few of the Long Range boats were there too.
