or anywhere else for that matter......don't post it on the internet:

    http://news.yahoo.com/video/fisherman-gets-busted-bragging-big-193000361.html

"25-year-old Dustin Heathman is in trouble after he went on the Austin Bass Fishing Forum to brag about the big amount of bass he had caught. Under a screen name Heathman wrote that he had "put around 40 fish in the boat with 22 keepers". But what he may not have known was that he had broken the law. One person on a boat is allowed to take home five fish. The other members of the website started to warn Heathman, bash him, and some even reported him to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Heathman has defended himself by saying he deserved to keep that many fish because he usually throws them back and that he had family in town to feed who wanted a fish fry. The fine hasn't been determined yet, but he may have to pay up to $500 per extra fish."

FWC has an internet investigation division. They surf the sites in Florida looking for this exact thing. Had a guy out of Miami posing on youtube with some overslot snook he caught. He probably would have gotten away with it except he was posing in front of his boat. They simply read the name of the boat in the vid.
Story goes, FWC figured out who he was & where he lived from the boat name. They put out a marine BOLO on him and his boat. They got him coming into miami somewhere near the Rick. He had grouper out of season, over slot snook, and a few other thing's on the boat. Took his boat, trailer, and the truck towing it. Don't know if he got em back or what, never heard anything after that. They busted some guy's poaching gators on the West coast but I don't know how that turned out. I do know FWC found em from a Florida sportsmen post with pictures. Moral of the story, if you're gonna poach, don't brag about it online.
