I am now selling beach cruisers with fish painted on them. They are the best. I grew up riding beach cruisers and i know everything about them. Sure you can go buy a beach cruiser from a bike store and spend years trying to learn to ride them...like me...but why would you do that? If u wanna know how to pop wheelies, do speedway slides on the boardwalk or maybe attach a surfrack...I AM THE MAN!! Just pay me a fee and I will fill you with all of my knowledge. This is not an advertisement by the way, just a cool “heads up” from a guy trying to make a living...off you. I will sell...err i mean teach you all the HotSpots to do broadies, bunnyhops and powerslides!! With me as your buddy you will be the coolest kid in campus...just give me your lunch money and you can sit at my table during break time.‍♂️
Cool site Dave I jist checked it out. For 5 bucks seems like a helluva deal!

I doubt you can help the southern cal guys who have been at it for years , a lot of talent in these waters and northern baja , you best stick to your neighborhood fishery and keep your srcrets in your backyard

I like it. Always like to learn some new fishing stuff. Unfortunately many sites like this start off strong then gradually fade away but if Dave can keep it fresh and updated and entertaining, as I know he can, I’ll keep watching.

The man is a paid advertiser of this site and he's trying to make a living. Nothing wrong with this and it could very well be beneficial for a noob captain like me.

I found this site many years ago as it was so helpful to learn the sports from alot of the more experience guys. Guys were so willing to share fishing spots and so on. Now we get mostly people bragging about their catch without giving much info as to where the spots were or other pertinent info for someone less experience. So it looks like a void is trying to be filled abeit for a price. Nothing wrong with this.

Im just happy members of this forum is still mostly willingly freely share other important info such as boating and maintenance which is why I still frequent this site.

Experience and time on the water is the best learning tool for catching fish , successful fishing has a lot of variables , moon phase , currents , wind direction , water temps and clarity , tidal movement , these will help your sucess to fishing , not you should have been there yesterday , we've been fishing family spots in san diego since the early 60's and all these play a bigger role in catching targeted fish , explore and try differnt techniques to better your catch and your knowledge, the game is the hunt then the catch

DDS or Dave Derangement Syndrome? What gives? I don't get it.

Maybe all of the Dave haters are so skilled and full of knowledge that they feel Dave's site and service is an affront to them, or maybe it is just an ego problem.

Mark Wisch put similar info (and them some) in his books and never received the public drubbing that Dave gets. I read all of Mark's books and they are a wealth of information. At the same time, I never felt insulted reading a book that confirmed skills that I had already attained.
