Thought it would be an interesting thread to find out what trips BD'ers are booked on.

I only had two free weekends in the month of August so I booked them both.

8/24 on the 1.5 day Pacific Queen Casta Designs sponsored trip

9/1 on the 2.5 day American Angler on Labor Day weekend

These are back to back weekends, so I'm hoping the bite is on that week :D

So who else has their trips booked and ready?

Hope to see you on the trip.

As for the rest of you on the long trips, I'm jealous! I don't think it would go over too well with the wife and kids if I took a big chunk of my vacation time towards a long range trip. Some day I'll join the long range club, but for now, it'll be 1.5-3 day trips for me.

Good for you, don't lose that vision of longer trips. I took five years off after fishing 3 day trips '93 and '94. Then, in '99 I hopped on Red Rooster III for my first fiver. It's been great ever since; longer trips, more trips, and memories and friends for a lifetime.

I am already planting the idea of a 7-10 day next year. The wife just wanted to know how much the trip was going to cost so she could spend that much on her self....

    '' oh yeah baby got a good deal only a $ 1000.00 "....

A 5-day a few years ago cost me a small bathroom remodel. That was easy. did most of it myself.
