Steelers win loose or draw.
Giants! We're doing ok lately, but man it was tough when I was young!
Luckily, we've had better days!
I was about 14 I think when the Rams blew out of town....was a sad franchise at the time with "Chris" Everett getting smoked by the niners and all...still loved them till they packed up their bags and split. At that age I was so into fishing and kinda lackluster about sports anyways I just wrote off the Rams out of my life. The only thing that partially made me like them a little later in life was I do like Kurt Warner who also made me fond of the Cardinals while he was in Arizona. Either way the Lambs leaving town on me opened the floodgates for a loyal life long Donkeys fan when I moved here in 01....and talking about some tough years. going from 13-3 in 05 to blowing it the next 7 years Tebow time was the most excitement weve had for a while until Manning came to town....Gotta a feeling the next few years will be the years of feel good football again....while the chargers and chiefs fall to their demise....and oh ya the raiders
The Chargers will raise the Lombardi Trophy in Jack Murphy Stadium!!!
One day. I pray we see that.
I thought they sold out and call it qualcom or something stupid like that.
Were in the same boat...two years ago it was Invesco stadium. Now its Sports Authority at Mile High. I know fans would much prefer it just be Mile high....all these teams that sell naming rights are a bunch of dirty whores.
I know many loose Steelers fans.
and they never have any loose change either.
those fucking steelers, dont even get me started with those assholes again.
Steelers gotta be the biggest bandwagon team of all time
win, lose, or tie. if the Rams are on, I'm watching them
I am not so sure about that. To me, I noticed the GreenBay Packer fans took that over about 10 years ago. There are more GB fans than the entire state has people. I am in no way taking a shot at GB fans just responding to this post.
i GUESS im referring to the volume of people I know personally that claim they are steelers fan but if you asked them too name some players the can name rapistburger and that guy with the long hair is pretty cool too!
Packers,,,,,,, they invented the superbowl.Lombardi is the real thing!!!!!!!
Oh and no bandwagon here.Always been always will.Win Lose it doesnt matter. Will always watch them just like my Dodgers.I dont have a want a be fan moment and start blaming it on the coaching or the owners or the stadium or the peanut vendors or the ,,,or the,,,or the,,,,
I agree about the name changes.
I will always call it Jack Murphy Stadium. That's what is was when I was a kid, that's what I will always remember it as until they move to a new stadium.
This post bleeds bandwagon..............
A team isn't bandwagon. Bandwagon fans are bandwagon. Successful teams attract bandwagon fans. I remember all the bandwagon 49'ers fans in the Montana/Rice years. More recently, the bandwagon Patriots fans.
Fact of the matter is every team has their loyal, die hard fans. I have been a Steeler man my entire life. I still cringe at the mention of Neil O'Donnell. I remember vividly him handing the Superbowl to the Cowboys. Oh yeah, theres another team that had a huge bandwagon following, the Aikman/Smith/Irvin Cowboys.
My point being successful teams will always have the bandwagon followers. Thats just what success brings.
I just knew we could agree on something...
Separate names with a comma.
