and dual bait pumps, primary and backup.
Yea that was me in the rain gear. congrats on the new boat! Any idea when yours is coming in?
About 8 weeks, feels like forever.
If it has twin horns on top of the cabin, consider putting an angled block under them so saltwater blowing up from the bow drains downward and not into the horns to avoid having to buy new ones within 2 years...If on the side, again, tilt them down to drain out salt...quick change bait pumps are worth the money...haven't seen a bait pump yet that lasts longer than 3 years...My 2520 bunk pads are hard as a rock...I put a foam fitted pad on them to get a decent nites' sleep...between the bunks, I put two rails and cut a plywood sheet to make a 3rd sleeping spot so 3 can sleep inside in foul weather... use a magnet to check all the inside cabin bolts and nuts...replace any that are not stainless or you will have rust streaks within a few years...hardware fitters sometimes take shortcuts... vent the cabin so on hot days, the window seals don't melt....and on and on....
I missed the aftermarket fish holds on the parkers at fh. Did any one get a picture of them?
Thanks for the tips!
Great tips Bob. Do you have any pictures of the rails and plywood. I'm having a hard time visualizing that.
