If my kid ever did anything like this, I would personally beat the F out of him, then call the police and have him arrested and charged. I would be fine going to jail for whatever charges I would face for what I did to my kid, because I must have failed as a father, and to fail to that level, I should be in jail anyway. This story is so F'ed up and is a window into why our country is where it is. This country is doomed.

Does it matter? Parents fail no matter how affluent or poor the family is. This is a morality issue. You can be rich or poor. You can always control your moral values, no matter what side of the poverty line you are on. Parenting failure or success should not be based on your economic status.

That was exactly my point when I countered the idea that the perps father was a POS or that they came from a single family home.
Rich or poor, single parent or huge extended family is not the determining factor. You sir are solid evidence of that.

He's out of ICU. What ever that means. News agencies continue to call this a "Hazing" and some have even edited the "shit" on his lap, and left that detail out of the story. WTF! Why would they do that?

Revenge in L.A. was once done to a small gang who messed with the wrong family. As I was told it took acouple months to ID all the players and another few months and the gang no longer existed.

This was a "semi" autistic (their words, that's like being a little pregnant) 19-year-old whose dad said he kept going back to hang out with this group of "friends". and every time he came home, he was messed up in some form. But he did;t have any other "friends", so he kept hanging out with them. Just sad that people could do this to a person. Not sure why the press keeps calling it hazing, and they are now leaving out the part about him being shit on. They even edited the photo. Sick.

Thanks for the response, but I was referring more to wanting details of P_MAN's indication of his buddie's sweet revenge to bully's with a gun.
My grandson is a high functioning autistic and has issues at school and in social settings because he is smart, but has trouble with anger dealing with social issues. At age 12 and 185 lbs and 5' 5", he is a bit of a handful.

I’m with ya, Wife and I took care of a young man name Zachary With down syndrome from age 4 to 18 he graduated from Edison high school in the special ed program at 185 pounds 5’11. We had quite a few episodes over the years and it’s very touchy how you deal with them, Zachary would go after his mom when she came to pick him up Come out of the bathroom naked when all the other kids were playing in the living room, we had our share of wrestling matches Messes and drama but he’s now 21years old happily living with his mom and loving grandparents. In my day everybody got the business it was a right of passage there was always a couple kids that got all the shit but not like What happened here, the full extent of the law won’t be enough for these guys they’re going to get slapped on the hand!

Good on you and the wife! A couple years ago he found out that throwing tantrums didn't work on me. He found himself horizontal going across the lawn, through the front door and up the stairs. Belts make great handles... He was grabbing at the door, staircase rails and anything trying to not be taken to his room. Grandpa still had it in him to lift him, as he thought he was too big and tried bullying his mom. Things are much better today with him and his parents, but every now and then... There is a certain "Right of Passage" in all kids, it's how it is dealt with by peers, parents and family. There was a book I had to read because of issues with son's mother and how it effected him. Kids basically go through life and death ordails in other societies, ours only have their parents and community to challenge them to spread their wings. They sharpen their claws on their parents who either put them in their place or fold and produce adult kids, or worse.

Well put sir! The wife and I deal with this on the daily its all good till parents show then starts the game throwing fits screaming for no reason knowing exactly what they can get away with. Whew...glad ours are grown grounded and successful, somebody put it best here on another thread, parents these days are too busy preparing the road for their kids rather than their kids for the road!
