Hands on Deck! I'm sure you've heard it before; whether it was your last time aboard a boat, during your last half-time pep talk, or your last business meeting.

But what does All Hands on Deck really mean, or more importantly, what does it mean to you?

This phrase embodies the spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and dedication that is essential for achieving greatness in any endeavor. It means that everyone has a vital role to play, and each person must contribute their unique talents and skills to accomplish the mission at hand. It means that no one is above pitching in and getting their hands dirty, whether it's hauling in a heavy rope, scrubbing the deck, navigating through choppy waters, or simply following your line. P.S. Follow Your Line!

Hands on deck means that we are all in this together, working towards a common goal with passion, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. It means that we are willing to put aside our egos, communicate effectively, and support one another through thick and thin.

So, whether you're working on a fishing boat, a sports team, or any other project, remember what Hands on Deck means. Embrace your role, give it your all, and work alongside your fellow team members to achieve success. With everyone working together, there is no limit to what can be accomplished.

When was the last time you heard Hands on Deck, or used the phrase yourself?

    More than just fishing!

I don't really care for most of the new fishing apparel out there. I'd rather rock some vintage Ray Troll or something like that

Doesn't mean much without the "All".

You selling t-shirts with a logo? if not, I suggest starting with the product to promote, then the name/logo will catch on.

They have a new function where you can either ignore a thread officially by clicking ignore, or just ignore it by ignoring it.
No one will or has to know. :)

Last time I heard “all hands on deck” was on a 1.5 day last year. The skipper was in the galley getting everyone fired up for for the night time jig bite, telling everyone they needed to be at the rail working when the bite goes off. Everyone was pumped up. Very inspiring.

Based on that experience…..all hands on deck means that the old guys hit the bunks and go to sleep right after it gets dark, a couple guys crush beers and pass around a whiskey flask until they pass out in the galley and a half dozen of us spend the next 6 hours freezing our ass off waiting aimlessly as the tonnage of bluefin we continuously stop on, refuse to bite.

Can’t believe you named your clothing company after that :p:
