If it's a crowded charter, (full limits of passengers plus 5-6 extra non-paying deadheads) nothing beats a Balut and Egg breakfast burrito eaten well before first light. Then when the stern is crowded, let er rip...voila...the entire back rail is cleared and you have some elbow room to fish.

Whatever everyone else brings. I'm not that picky. Unless is comes to bread, I like it baked the same same day. Cheese needs to be imported unless it's Boars Head and is sliced #1. Mayo needs to be Dukes ( you southern boys will know what I'm talkin bout). Chicken needs to be free range. Veggies, nothing store bought, needs to be hand picked, preferably Organic. No super market bought pasties, prefer homemade but a 5 star pastry shop will do in a pinch. Soup needs to absolutely be homemade, none of this canned shit, especially if it's french onion. Seafood needs to be fresh, as in still moving shortly before we consume it. If you don't know about real BBQ don't even attempt it, I will be insulted, you can make up for it with Rib-eye sammiches, rare on fresh onion, sour dough bread. I'm sure I forgot more than a few things but can always edit.

PS. I do like corn dogs, the generic brand, I can spring for a case of those.

Good point. I didn’t even think of that. Unless it’s a multi day trip I should be good.

I only fish party boats and I definitely have a routine.
As soon as the galley starts cooking I order a grilled cheese and a Coke later on in the day around noonish I order a cheeseburger sometimes with bacon and a Coke. After I catch my first fish I treat myself to a beer and maybe some candies like Hershey's or Snickers.

I absolutely love a good galley Burger.

I go with Juan Pollo dinner deal. Comes with chicken, salsa, tortillas, and beans n rice. Toss in a couple serrano chiles and wash it down with a cold beer. Life is good....

If on a party boat, it's tradition to have a breakfast burrito in the morning and double burger for lunch. Just something about them boat burgers .....

Some thing about a party boat burger that always tastes good. Cheapest meat frozen solid but somehow tastes good.
If no galley on the boat a Chile relleno burrito hits the spot pretty good
