Was able to take my son out for an early 21st bday gift. Got us two spots on the Mission Belle full day. Boarded around 0530, loaded on bait and headed out. Captain said the day before they did well on one stop. Got in the area they fished the day before but the temps dropped a few degrees. Went out further. Made a few stops but was slow. Around 1130 made another stop and it was wide open yellow fin. The crew worked their asses off. When the dust settled we had a boat limit on the tuna. I got six. My son got four. Outstanding day on the water. Freezer is full of blue and yellow fin and yellowtail.

I was on the boat the day before and we loaded up as well. We had a school of fish that stayed with us for five hours. It was a blast. The captain was amazing. Each time he tossed a bait out, he hooked a fish and would hand it off. I was next to him numerous times and I would hook up about every tenth bait, while he hooked up every single time!! It was intense. Glad you found them!!!
