Weather This Weekend

I'm considering going out on the "holiday" (point loma, 1.5 day) this friday (11/14). I don't have the strongest stomach and wondered if anyone knows what the weather is likely to be this weekend? Also, are there some good resources on the web to gauge the conditions? What are some of the signs used to determine the conditions? Thanks in advance!

Here is a link to the SoCal bouy data. If you look (click) on 46086 San Clemente Basin and 46047 Tanner Bank you can look not only at the current conditions but also the last 24 hours to see the trends in wind and wave height.

The forcast is for Santa Anas. This generaly mean windy inshore, greasy flat offshore. I wouldn't worry a whole lot.
