Good news. Just need a breakwater. Easy one like Lovrics. Would be cool to have a couple of Decommissioned Clean Steel ships. Think of the Fish Habitat that it would provide. OR do what the Japanese do to create harbors. Concrete interlocking "Cracker Jacks" zoom in to the google maps link here to see. they could be placed below the Mean Low water Line and still protect the launch and docks.

Great news! Was a pain to launch this August with a tiny dock. I basically beach launched/retrieved since I was tired of waiting and the launch ramp was so covered with sand it was the same either way.

A breakwater there and extending the Alki break would be great!

I only went there once as it was way too shallow to launch and retrieve from

wish it had a steeper grade and a little deeper

Just have to pick your tides to launch a bigger boat there. You would probably need 3-5ft to launch your boat easily.

Launched and retrieved at wa park today with 4’ of water. Dock is not repaired yet. You’ll need to be in 4WD to launch and retrieve, there is about 18” of gravel and sand covering the concrete. Bring a shovel. Doable but heavily tide dependent.
