Nice fish! Those are parasitic worms that aparently are fairly common in wahoo stomachs.

Pardon the language in this video report, but we were really excited.

We targeted wahoo yesterday and got very lucky.

We were near the border about 10 mi west of SD.

We also we found something very curious in the fish's gut. No, it wasn't license plates.....

Nice video well narrated. Congrats on the Whoo!

Congrats nice Wahoo. If you still have those worms? I'd get them over to Scripps Institute of Oceanograpy. Albeit they would like to have those, to identify. They appreciate this kinda stuff, as we don't get enuff of it around here. Very nice catch.

Watch a video on YouTube where a fisherman catches and dances opa ganam style throughout the video. Somewhere in Florida. He then explains that the parasites in the wahoos belly actually has a part in the digestion which helps the wahoo. Don't know how much of that is true but if it's on YouTube, isn't it true?
