VERY Simple Fish Recipe

Coat fish with good coating of olive oil, a GOOD coating of salt and fresh ground pepper, throw on the Q. Done.

I've done all sorts of fancy stuff with the tuna and Yellowtail, but this one is now my go-to recipe. Sometimes we forget about the simple ones.
