Vertical Jig Lure Bag

Hi guys,

With all the BFT vertical jigging for BFT. Now I have a mess of them and looking for a storage system for them. I was looking for something like Daiwa D-VEC Jig Tote Bag. What are you guys using?

I bought a half dozen of these from tackle durect for less than $10 and they work great. Mind you I make sperate leaders so they are stored unrigged.

I bought the exact same one at the saltwater fishing show a couple months ago. It is easily the best one I have seen yet.

I like the "Slow Down" jig bag. Got them on the recommendation of Benny Ortiz years back.

They roll up compact, protect your jigs from banging around, and hold plenty of jigs in a wide variety of sizes.

The two jigs on the bottom left are a 500g riproller and 420g long jig. Each holds up to 20 jigs. You can get them at JDM slow jigging.

I use the Shout! System Jig Bag III and you can insert 2 additional jig sleeve or you can go with the Mustad large jig bag

Na…just fun making my own stuff….have fun. A bunch of my buddies have created jig buckets based off this design. This is like my fifth and best iteration……last year on my Rooster trip I didnt get a spot for my tackle box on the deck level….ended up putting my box of hooks in the bucket and this ended up being my complete tackle set up on the main deck.

Have you tried dremeling notches in the tubes. So they will hold the hook. Allow for more than one jig in a tube…??? Just a theory from looking.

This my bucket loaded for my upcoming 8 day trip. I load it with multiple jigs per tube.
