It's been a few years since the UV flashight craze and I'm suddenly in the market. Which one you got? How has it held up? AA or triple AAA preferred unless there's a better alternative. Waterproof/submersible is a huge plus. Shoot!
UV flashlights maybe good for lighting up glow in the dark jigs but what they’re marketed for tends to be detecting disgusting stains. I’ve never used mine in the bunk room but maybe I should... or maybe not! They are good at energizing jigs!
Ordered the Esco Lite as suggested. I'm impressed at the quality you get for 13 bucks. Threw in 3 AA's and it lights up everything white and fluorescent you point it at. Apparently my vacuum maliciously ignores the edge of the carpet.
Interesting find while shining my jigs. Some hold a charge longer than others. And some don't even hold a glow. But to be fair some were bought many Fred Hall shows ago. Maybe a correlation with the charge longevity vs brightness vs age?
