Paddle board fishing has really taken off in the last few years. I think the simplicity of it all has a lot to do with it.

Best paddle board for fishing is the L2Fish. Super stable, fast and plenty of room for gear. I typically just sit on my cooler.

depends on the situation. I use a bote over the L2F bc of weight. It harder to lift the L2F on top of my jeep vs the bote.
