Water was looking Nice on thursday and I couldn't resist the urge to take my Wahine fishing. First time I took her out we had a 170lb ahi so she has been a lucky charm! headed out of Hawaii Kai around 6:00 and headed out, water was so flat I wasn't too optimistic. Morning was slow for us but in the afternoon we stuck to it and were able to find some birds with some mahis in it, got them one by one, on lures, go figure they didn't want to play with the bait. Found some porpoise in the eve which was the icing on the cake for my girl friend. Awsome day on the water.

    Howzit Kekoa,
Better take your "Lucky Charm" of a girl friend out more often! Judging from your last two catches with her, I wouldn't want to fish without her. :) Nice haul of mahis and shibi.
