Monster Bass

Hit up the park for a half hour while I drank my morning coffee.

Tenkara fly rod with whatever tiny fly was laying around the house.

A few nibbles from the local fry and this monster bass took the hook. I gave it all I got. Wasn’t sure if the 4kb leader was going to hold. It was a struggle I managed to get it in.

Truly a toad largemourh for Tri City Park Lake. Congrats.
I used to drag tiny white files there and catch panfish a little bigger than that.

Got this guy going for Carp at that lake. I was switching baits and re-casted. As the bait was slowly dropping, I see my slack line slowly getting tight and decide to set the hook. First and only bass I ever caught on corn, lol. It was a trip.
