Bought this trailer to haul my boat out for service this year. Service should be done in a couple weeks and would love to keep the use of it once in a while if needed, however I have nowhere to keep it. The trailer is VERY heavy duty and rated at 12k lbs.

Options... loan it to dealer/broker, someone that has a boat / no trailer, cheap, cheap storage options, resell on CL...?

Great trailer... looking for options. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Ask your mechanic, a lot of times they need a trailer to pick a boat that's in a slip. He probably already has one but you never know until you ask.
It might be worth a service or two.

Yep, yep... will do. Prolly get repairs done, drop it in the water, sea trial for a bit... and if all repairs good, I'll ping you.
