Is anyone towing their 2320 with a sprinter ?

I have outgrown my work truck and need way more storage for business and looking at the sprinter 3500 dually .

the specs on it say it can tow up to 7500.

I currently have a 2019 ram 1500 with the v8

generally I only tow 20-50 miles . But that doesn’t mean I can’t be pushed through a light by the boat a mile from my house .

I hear ya . That’s why I ask.

there is a guy on YouTube with a 2120 towing with a sprinter 2500. I have messages out to him also about his experience

I pulled a Parker 25 DV Pilothouse weighing in at 10,900 lbs (scaled weight full of fuel) on the trailer all the way from Key West, FL to San Diego with my Chevy Tahoe. Towing capacity was 7,700 lbs.

Slow and steady no issues. Trailer had EOH brakes and would stop the truck they were so good.

3rd gear the whole way. 5.3L motor and 4 speed auto tranny.

Getting them rolling is the easy part. Stopping them is next level......

A man's got to know his limitations...……..how far you towing it?

oops saw that.... Make sure the brakes are up to par and you will be fine....they only time it will push is if the trailer brakes are shit... check before each season , you'll be fine.

Average towing would be 20-50 miles

I just went around town with my brothers brand new promaster 3500 and it wasn’t that bad actually and stopped great

I think if I get the he dually diesel it would be only more comfortable since the sprinter has a higher capacity then the promaster .

but I think upgraded brakes and a tranny cooler would be musts
