Can anybody offer advice or insight on what its like fishing a Tony Reyes trip in August or September?

Is it unbearable ? Too darn humid ? OR Is it do-able ?

    Thanks for your advice !

It's doable, usually good yellowtail fishi g, but be aware, it's hotter than blue blazes in those months. I did one of those trips in August years ago, never doing that again! This year im going in may. If you go, I recommend bringing banana boat spray sun screen in the 100 spf,and plenty of it! And drink tons of water daily.

I went in summer a while back.
We bought mini fans and tied them
above our bunks. There was outlets
for every bunk to plug into. It took the
edge off of the heat during mid day
    naps.

We took dive gear which was great
    diving at Angel la Guardia
    Speared some pargo and made
a huge bowl of scallop ceviche

I've only done the trip in August fishing was awesome. There were yellowtail, cabrilla, dorado, Marlin, grouper, pargo , red snapper you name it. It's was bearable to me but I live in El Centro so I'm use to the heat. The rooms all have a/c and so does the galley. Drink lots of water and cool off whenever you can.
