40' Tiara 35 Open
Iris is up for sale.

We're moving to Florida in the next few months and the wife and I caught a really bad case of 6 foot-itis. No boat is perfect but this one come really close for our area! We bought the boat in February and have loved every minute of the 250 hours (and counting) that we've put on her in 1 year. She has a beautiful cabin that sleeps 5 (we've slept a 6 up on the bridge deck). Has every comfort of home for those weekend getaways to the San Juans or wherever you'd like to go - or how about those weekends in Westport? We spent every weekend for 4 weeks in a row on her at the docks in Westport and never had a bad night. Queen sized island berth is very comfortable and this boat will fish with the best and keep your wife happy!

Fish and cruise in comfort with a full bridge enclosure with seating for 7. Take a hot shower on your way back in from a long day fishing with engine heated hot water (110V water heater on the boat as well)

She, a 2001 Tiara 35 open that spent the first ~15 years of her life under a covered slip and shows like a new boat. Vessel has been maintained - EVERYTHING WORKS and maintenance items were replaced ahead of schedule for no unexpected surprises away from home. Boat includes a parts kit with things like starters, belts, solenoids, impellers, thermostats, zincs, filters, spare nibral props (tuned and ready to go!) and numerous other parts to keep you from getting stranded.

Turn key tuna killing machine with many extras, upgrades, and too many features to list, but here are a few:

2019 Axiom Pro 12 with sonar, downvision, side vision and 3d vision
2019 Axiom 9 (does everything the 12 does)
2019 Raymarine Autopilot (I replaced all the electronics and had a new dash cut)
42 gallon Defiance bait tank (holds 3 scoops with no issues) I set the tank up so it can be easily removed when not wanted on the dive platform.
24 total rod holders

1620 hours on twin Cummins 6BTA 370 HP engines. Port engine was rebuilt at 1000 hours. Mechanical Cummins engines are super reliable and aside from replacing the aftercoolers I've had zero issues. I was told the aftercoolers would probably be 'ok' but I wasn't willing to risk killing my engines!
The Cummins are paired with ZF 220 transmissions on straight drives with tunnels twisting a pair of 23x29 Nibral props. Typical cruise is 24 knots at 2400 rpms burning 1.2 mpg But lets talk TUNA! Trolling for tuna you can do an easy 6 knots burning ~6mpg! All that performance on a 40'8" x 13'3" hull weighing in at 14,000 pounds dry! twin 180 gallon tanks, 70 gallons of fresh water, vacuum flush head.

600 hours on Westerbeke Generator
Top quality Petit ablative bottom paint.
New starboard complete aftercooler
New port aftercooler core
Heat exchangers serviced in August 2019.

JL & Wetsounds speakers powered by a Clarion amp controlled by a Kenwood Marine Head Unit
ICOM VHF radio with MMCI & GPS interface
Blue and White LED spreader lights (super bright!)
18" flat panel television (we've used it once!)
LG Stainless Steel Microwave
2 burner stove top
Ice maker
ac with reverse cycle heating
3x5x1 foot kill box with macerator

Asking $180,000
