Here's your proof!
Leg day was tough.....Damn. I made it to work though! Its gonna take a while to learn that muscle memory.
No HYJACKS Allowed? On BD? The world is coming to the end! SOB!!!
The Two posts deleted were not Disrespectful in any way!
Gary make sure you do some minor work on the Soreness. Get the Mrs. to give them some attention tonight. Use Ben!
Damn, now I am going to have to step up my game and find Gary a bigger butt to heft next season.
Nice work boys.
Week two in the books for me as my weekends are my rest days.
Tommy what are you guys doing?
So far I've been following this but again...I need to find a good 5 consecutive day plan. Each day is also 20-30 minutes of cardio
Friday - bi/ lats
3 different excercises each group of muscles at 3x10.
Damn. You guys are sexy beasts .
Go swallow your leader....
Monday - Chest/Push
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Pull
Thursday - All
Each day is followed by 30 minutes of HIIT. Every day is designed with dumbell/single side exercises to promote equal muscle growth and core strength. Thursday is designed with every lift involving multiple muscle group engagements and movements to promote increasing RMR.
Leg day was tough... Chest today...oh boy...here we go...lol
Well today was the start of week four for me. I've been flying solo down south since day two.
Just making sure you boys up north are still on track.
Not astronomical but down 9lbs so I can't complain.
Still hitting it Jason! Legs and some ab work today. A lot of different movements that I had never done before. So I am still learning the program!
Well...here's my pic or it didn't happen.
Not exactly throwing iron around today. More rubber hitting the pavement for 13.1 miles at the Seattle half marathon.
I will say the Gym work has helped with the endurance in my legs and my cardio capacity. I haven't trained past 4 miles since my last half but still managed to squeak out a finish a few minutes faster than the last time.
You ran 13.1 miles???? Dude, you have lots of buddies on here. We will gladly arrange transportation if your truck isnt working!
Yes I did...and the worse part is that I ended up almost exactly where I started.
Congratulations Jason! That is a great accomplishment!. Just getting in great shape is my goal for now...Stay tuned!
Nice work Jason! @Kool-Aid
Gary hasn't puked yet but we just started. Give it time.
Looks like your putting out your resume to be the guy who runs back to the truck from the ramp when someone leaves something in the rig! Good job! Long term investment for your family getting healthy
Last night, Gary told me that he hates me. I guess the workout is WORKING OUT!
