Just recently sold my 1985 26' Blackman Billfisher as seen here of the bloodydecks classified board. Before that I sold a 26' Blackman Express. Well two weeks without a boat really took its toll on me, sleepless nights, anxiety thinking of my summer without a boat. Well today I came to an aggreement to purchase yet another Blackman, the "Patron" from the "Professor" also a Bloodydecker. You may have seen his posts on the PV forum. I admit, it is a sickness. It's new home will be in Marina Del Rey.

    Mac,

Does that FJ45 in your avatar belong to you? That's definately a beautiful rig! I'm a huge cruiser fan and have owned 4 or 5 in the past. I currently have a built FJ60 and hope someday to get a 45LWB.

Good job on the purchase, you must really love Blackman's to sell & buy the same model back.

Yes, it's mine. 1967 FJ-45 W/350 and automatic tranny. Bought it from a gentleman in Colorado, completely rust free. Landcruisers are my second passion. I currently have (3). Two FJ-40's and the 45.

Sorry for the threadjack. It definately looks beautiful, do you have anymore pics? I came real close to buying a rust free NV truck about 6 years ago for $5k. Still kicking myself. It would probably be running a big block on 40's by now and cost me atleast $30k :D

I just put a stroker into my 60 in the last month. You can see the build on the Ih8mud boards under my same user name ("sixty" short for FJ60).

    You have some nice rigs!

So Mike its done deal then egh, boy that sounded canadian, well let me see some pics of what my next boat will look like, I guess my next step will be a upgrade. Oh I got the new card for the chartplotter a new prop, and when the snow stops I will chase some salmon. Next I get eisenglass, hopefully in two weeks, then I think its pretty much ready for halibut in may, oh yeah I put some scotty rod holders on, rocket launchers are a little steep for salmon and such.
