Shimano tekota Line counter in LEFTY!! Search around and you will maybe find one for sale. They have been released and they are fantastic in the hand. The side plate on the right side is smaller than the gear box on the left side, Similar to Seiglars style. Beautiful feel in the hand, can’t wait to hang some meat from them and feel it under load. The star drag has an awesome indexing click as you adjust tension also, followed up with a great power handle and knob. Not sure when there will be more availor which other stores will have them. Three Rivers called me and had two with my name on it, they guys there are great and knew that I was waiting and actually called me when they got them in. Been on there waiting list since Shinamo released them in show last year, really cool to know that they came thru for me. There is nothing but quality service from these guys and when people complain about the cost of goods and services its saddens me cause you just can’t buy good service these days and they still provide it.o So a big shout out to THREE RIVERS MARINE for standing behind their services and Loyal clients.
See you all on the water!! 6CE640F1-604F-405B-8D02-38E805CD8963.jpeg

You mean like all the backward right handed folks who put the rod in their "weak" arm? And don't bother with that lame-ass response of "you need a stronger arm to reel up halibut from 300 ft".! Spend some money on a left hand retreive model of your favorite reel, you'll never look back., why fight right-handedness ?
Oh, and thanks for price info, reel hooker. Bob

I saw the news they were finally making these. For me Shimano lost potential customer on these LH Tekota's years ago by their unwillingness to make them. i bought Penn Squall 20LWLH from Johns Sporting Goods starting a couple years ago and wont be looking back. He has great price on them (under $100) and best value out there IMO and have performed flawlessly. Maybe not same overall quality but who knows. My boat would be full of LH Tekota's if they had listened to thier customers years ago

I have a couple old penn 209 Lefty’s and this would be a nice upgrade from that for running the diver out the middle. Thanks for the info Benjamin.
