Sorry Scott, staying with the same color until next season. Jack (My friend I bought the boat from) had just replaced the port fuel tank before he was unable to work on the boat anymore. He gave me the new starboard tank but I am going to wait until the winter to replace it. Then I will repaint the deck in a different color, for now I am going to touch up all the spots with the green.
Bummed some white paint from J.D. (Fisherman III owner) to paint my bait tank. The original color of the tank stood out like a sore thumb against the cream color hull so I dug out my paint tints and started adding color to the white base. I ended up adding some yellow a touch of green and some brown to get a pretty close match to the Sterling paint color. I will be adding a couple of green stripes about 3" down from the top tomorrow. Heading down to see my friend Pat Carroll (Carroll Metal Works) on friday and pick up the stainless trim rings for my modified deck hatches.
