    Stay tuned for more.
Update 1: 5/30. Trailer video update
Update 2: 5/30. Received electronics package. Dropped off to Kevin as he’s taking care of everything.

Personally, Ive never owned or purchased a brand new car or boat before so to be able to accomplish this goal has absolutely been rewarding for me. Many times, its never about the "thing" we are trying to get but rather who we become in the process. Perseverance, hard work, and some sacrifices here and there allowed me to be in this position. And like Ive said before, it was fitness that taught me how to achieve goals.

Ive been on this board for over 10 years and I can not tell you how much Bloodydecks owners/members have treated me like family. I was able to get help and also provide help to members.

This time, I went the "new" route as oppose to the finding one on East Coast and let me tell you...buying a new one was so much easier and in the long run, didn't cost that much extra at all. No surprises. No headaches. Just the way you want it.

Well now, I just bought the newest model 2320..... even though I previously had one...people always ask...why the 2320 and why not go bigger? Let me explain.

    1. Maintenance and fuel efficiency on a 2320 is better. substantially. Taking care of one motor makes it easy and running as much as I do....the fuel ads up.

    2. Towing and storage. I have a tundra that works perfect and I just dont want to go buy a bigger truck just for the boat. I can store the 2320 perfect at my house or warehouse but cant say the same about the 25.

    3. new stern, extra bait tank, and dash. There is a verse in the Bible that goes " he who has more bait; wins." Looking forward for that extra tank of mack or squid. Better dash layout so I can make it look really clean without looking clunky.

Im not saying the 25 is bad...it just doesn't fit what is best for me.

Really looking forward to building this boat the way I want it. Want to give a special thank you to Kevin Kelly at West Coast Marine for making the new boat buying process so easy and Wayne over at West Coast Trailers for providing me the best trailer possible. Both stand up guys.

    Some plans so far:

    1. Boat is going in to get the tower installed end of week. Full Controls will be added with Simrad electronics. Special bucket style seats, 3 rows of rod holders, and 2 rod holders on top for my jig sticks for a total of 21 holders. Work being done at Tony at Boats Unlimited.

    2. Electronics install of 4 simrad evo 3 units with radar, autopilot, and 2 transducers for the following week. 1 9 inch in the tower, 2 9 inch in the house, and one big 12 inch for the deck.

    3. And of course, custom bait tank by Mark Wisch from Pacific Edge Tackle. he's simply the best in the business and the foot print is smaller than blue water. Just my preference but this tank is killer.

Ill be documenting the whole process so stay tuned and also, I just want to sincerely thank everyone who has followed my journey. Thank you.

    To be continued.....

C'songrats. You'll love it. TheDid 2320 is a special boat. More cockpit and bang for the buck than anything in it's weight class. Tough and seaworthy too. Great boat.
Did you go with the 300? kicker?

Yeah, and kind of wider...if you slip your boat, you have to turn the motor all the way to port to get it out of the water.

I think you'll like the transom door when it's time to land the big bluefin you've been catching.

Are you considering a second bait pump install...Pump failure is not an option
when running 60 miles to fish
..David ( he's doing my outfitting) said it will be tight but doable..I'm passing on bait pump filter as that fine of mesh will clog when small debris will get chopped up w cyclone pump. Also really hard to maintain deep in the bildge
    Your thoughts
