You know my story..... Center-console to Pilot House back to center console. It's surprising how much more work a few more feet is.

this 226 grady has been in my family for almost 15 years. i dont think im ever going to get rid of it. best head sea riding boat i have been on for its size. 150 gallons of fuel. can camp out for a few days on the water no problem. and i cant seem to kill the damn motor.

I'm on my 4th boat and I don't regret selling the other 3. I always upgraded so don't miss the smaller boats at all. Sure, I had some good memories on the other boats, but they weren't as comfortable as what I have now. Only thing I miss is the gas mileage from the old boats. I went from 5-6 mpg to 1.3 mpg. :(

I think I’ve missed every one I’ve sold.

I wish I still had the first boat I bought. A 19’ welded center console. I had 2’ itis until I made it to 29’. Now I’m keeping that one for offshore, but trying to find a good compliment Boat to go with it. My problem is our family keeps growing and as boats grow they become harder to trailer and more expensive to run.

2003 World Cat 270 CC bought in 2006 for $60k sold in 2009. 10 years later they still sell for that and it would be paid for today.
I never had a bad day on it and it just about handled any conditions.

I miss every boat I have sold. The last one, a 31 Tiara, was especially tough because it was in amazing shape and really dialed-in for the way I like to fish.

I have yet to fish my new boat. Hoping to get her out in 2-3 weeks.
