Back in August I got an email from Texas Parks and Wildlife. Asking if I could make a contribution to a fundraiser for the Texas Chapter of the American Fisheries Society...They have a show in Feb.and wanted a custom rod to raffle off to raise money for college scholarships for students wanting degrees in wildlife.

    It took awhile obviously,But I built this rod for them...A micro MHX-MB843 (I think its an 843,hell I cant remember,lol....Yea its a 843.

Hadnt done a crosswrap in awhile..Not perfect, but I dig it.

Wow, that is slick!!! Those colors are very nice, esp. the cross wrap! Is that Hypalon or Eva on the grips? I really like the shape, you turned those yourself right?

    Love that cross wrap.
It looks like the blank is translucent.

    Nice work all over.
