I tried to get some buddies to go out to the Tanner Bank but ended up going out without them. We got to the area about 4:30 am and started fishing in the dark. A few fish were landed and throughout the day it was one per drift. As we were heading towards dusk a lot of anglers thought we would get skunked and the fleets out there started heading home. The skipper came on the speaker and said we were going to fish into the night he thought the bite would pick up and it did. The bite went semi wide open about 8:30 but the tangles cost me a couple fish after fighting them on #60 and cutting my top shots and spectra off if I wrapped another guy with a fish on was a problem too. Somewhere between 9 and 10 I did manage to land two nice sized fish and hooked another IMG_0821.JPG IMG_0826.JPG IMG_0831.JPG and handed it off. Hat's off to the skipper for the effort. We headed in at 10:30 with 50 BFT. Awesome

Looks like the Tribute, eh? I saw you guys coming in around 10 this morning off OB and figured that's what happened. Nice job!

It says O95 in the title. I think the Tribute and O95 are Ditmar Donaldsons.

I was on that trip too. Got sawed off by other anglers twice, once at close color, but did mange to land one right around 100. Epic trip.

Kyle, I think I was standing next to you when you hooked the fish you landed. It was epic and congrats!
