Talks to Close Reeder, Whitehorse and Tokul Creek Hatcheries

Gent's its been a while. Life gets busy and you don't get out as much as you wish you could. I hope to change that soon. I have heard that there are talks behind closed doors to defund Reeder, Whitehorse and Tokul Creek steelhead hatcheries. Does anyone know about this? It's important to bring it to the light of day if so.
