Looking for a few who can not make it out but would like to enjoy the incredible BFT we have available. I have gifted 30+fish the last 2 seasons to 11 fishers and looking to add to my Good JuJu.

Returning 10/25 to H&M Landing
Must be committed to arriving no latter than 7am.
I will text you from boat with how many fish and size
DM your name and cell and size limit of fish you can take.

I have had a few flakes that pretty much do not make me want to do this anymore. No good deed goes unpunished ;-)

I assume that you have already considered and practiced doing hook&hand to others on the boat. You may also practice what I am doing now a lot of the time: If nobody wants a fish that I have hooked up with, they are all having a good trip and content to finish their limit on their own, then letting slack get into the line a couple of times once the fish is at deep color and you get the satisfaction of seeing it, it will almost always release itself.

If you want to give your fish away, that's fine and generous. I do that too, because I personally don't care for the taste of bluefin. But I know the amount that my friends will take before I even start a trip. And more than that, I offer to others on the boat or release.

There's nothing at all wrong with your generous offer to have various people come down and meet you at the landing when you come in. I am just offering a couple of alternatives that you may well already be doing. Have a great trip!

Cattle boats/kill boats.
Nothing sporty about it. Pay your money, drop a line when the captain says and kill fish. Have someone cut it up, drop off your reels to be cleaned and go back to work.

But, with that said, a long range trip over 3 days should be that way. It’s a vacation. I’d like to do an 8-12 day trip where I just hang out and fish between meals. Take naps, wait for someone to wake me up when the fish are biting and then have dinner ready when my fish hits the deck. Sounds like a well spent 5 grand.

But as far as the 1-1.5 day range I’d rather obsess over finding the fish on my own and if I strike out this season I’ll have a better start next season.

Why don’t you charter a trip and get like minded vegans , pita’s , AOC clones , and hippies, and tell the skipper there will be no keep on YOUR trip. Better yet take your virtue signaling and start a “save the fish” monastery (somewhere far away in Tibet) where you are the head monk.

A lot of guys dreaming of catching one of these fish but do not have the time, money or health to do so. I just try to bridge that gap when possible.

There are usually plenty of Gypsies walking around H & M that will take whatever you have left. I've had plenty of trips where my eyes are bigger than my kill bags and have to leave a deposit with them.
