Great video and fish. My daughter and I got one similar size. We tried to pull it in the bot tail first. Like you, we got it halfway in and that was all we could pull. We motored in somewhat slow. A few miles before the bay, my daughter said she was worried about the sea lions getting it in the bay. We stopped and tried another ploy. We put a rope around the head that was in the water and were able to lift it high enough to slip in the boat. I also noticed the gloves that your wife put on halfway into the battle. We did not have gloves on the boat and wished we did. We have two pair on the boat now. Again, great fish and great video.
