Excellent ventures in the surf down there Bro.

I was in La Paz recently but did not take any gear.
Wife booked the trip so it was her time.

Two questions, roughly where and what lures.
Looking to head down to Todos Santos soon and a good tip for set up would help.

Hey amigo, spinning reel 5000/6000 size, Shimano or something. I fish a Jansen 13’ Baja Beach rod. I fish 50# power pro max quatro braid and a 50# top shot of fluoro carbon .
Anything silver, Some of Jansens lures: Sierra Killer, Killer Jig, Anchovy all silver. I have done real well this past year Anchovy Pink.
Couple top waters: Cabo Killer and a Ballyhoo. This should cover you. Any of the beaches North of town. I get home in a few days, give me a holler. Bk

Crocodile needlefish looks feisty! Caught one of those at Kahuku Point in Oahu last month. Such a cool looking species.

I heard that Kahuku Point is not easy to fish

Need floating poppers. Lotta of lava rock in shallow. Found a nice clean spot out a little deeper and fished a 9’ setup for those longer casts.
