Had a great day on Sunday out near the rigs, with all the other local boats. Greasy flat conditions in the morning broke into wind and waves around 1pm. Was never wide open fishing but a steady pick for sure. We caught sculpin, salmon grouper, a few sand dabs, and some other folks caught sheephead, and jackpot winner was a ten pound halibut. Nice and sunny, probably about 40 tanglers aboard(there was strong current). Love fishing with my son and teaching him all the techniques we use. He is excited for the summer for the more exciting surface action stuff. Capt. George was great as always and the deckhands were always on it.
