My name is Spencer Pack, my 2015 Boston Whaler Montauk was stolen on friday night the 29th of december 2017. Taken from embarcadero Dana Point lot. Sheriffs are currently looking and watching the security cameras. But any extra eyes will help. If seen please contact me at (949)275-0200 it would be much appreciated. Thank you unnamed.jpg

I was in that parking lot from 12:15am sat dec 30th until 10am sat dec 30th. White chevy silverado.

Did the boat have a 115hp mercury on it?

Graduates of AB109, Prop47, and Prop57 I'm sure. Sorry to hear that and will keep an eye out. You should post the hull number. It would help identify it if the crooks haven't altered it.

Dam, I feel for you man. My boat was in that lot that night as well. Scary they took it from under the security’s nose. Hope you get it back or your insurance makes it right. Kinda think the embarcadero would be a little responsible for the loss as well

That sucks. You obviously took good care of both the trailer and boat. Even if insurance covers it, it sucks to lose a boat that you have grown attached to and has always brought you back home. Sincerely sorry and hope you get her back.

Do you keep your boat stored there or just had it overnight? I know this question does not help you, but it may help others.

Danny Clougherty It's most likely in Baja by now. That really sucks. Sorry for your loss.

That’ll stop a pair of bolt cutters for about three seconds. A good lock that fits up into the trailer ball receiver is far more efficient.

Sorry to hear this that sucks to know there are people out there like this. Hope it turns up and that you have insurance. It’s an awful feeling I had it happen many years ago and still remember how it felt.

A lot of times the thieves will steal it and leave it somewhere in the area for a few days to make sure it doesn’t have something like LoJack installed.

The problem with 'Stings" are that if you run out and hold the perp(s) or use any sort of force and they are still able to speak after the event, the State of California will arrest YOU and YOU will be held liable for everything that the state can think of to charge you. YOU will be subject to a civil lawsuit by the perp(s). It is a 'Clockwork Orange' scenario...You will be double fucked if it is an illegal alien that is the perp(s).

Thank you Jerry (Moonbeam) Brown and all of his ilk...you know who you are...

Apparently reading is not your strong suit. It says :You will be double fucked if it is an illegal alien that is the perp(s). Which is a true statement here in the socialist sanctuary state of California. So take your illegal alien connections and spread the word...Ap
