so I know in today’s world coolers are a strange issue because of politics. I know that was on my mind when I bought my rtic soft cooler about a year ago. 8 months into owning the zipper broke and I contacted them about getting it fixed..... I emailed them twice, with some time in between and followed with a calm to which they said they had replied to both my emails. I informed them this was not the case and was told to recontact them with the information they asked. Well more emailed and more waiting and low and behold it’s no longer under warranty since it’s now been a year from it’s purchase date. RTIC customer service didn’t even offer the fix it for a price. Was told tough loss and good day more or less. No try to retain customers or offer alternatives. To me customer service is huge. They will It be getting my business and I recommend no one else do. Pelican is a good brand with great customer service, a brand who will be getting my business. Below are pictures of the issue which to me is an obvious issue that a warranty claim should remedy. I STRESS AGAIN, RTIC HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
