At 851 AM PST, a line of shower and strong winds extended from Point Dume in Malibu to almost San Clemente Island. This line was move to the east at 15 knots. Wind gusts between 30 and 40 knots have already been observed with this line. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. Waterspouts are possible, especially near the islands. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. The line will be near...
