It’s not uncommon for conflicting reports. For example, we got plugged, then skunked 24hrs later. It’s the ocean and those fish like to swim around. Good luck!

Fucking stuffed and then some. On the dock at 4:30 No more room or ice. Handed my last scoop of bait to Gary Grady as he was low running the goatrammer Miss Eliza. It’s a 3 hour ride and 200 plus gallons. Go get em!

No bueno when your boat only holds 125 gallons and is nowhere near as fast as that monster you got. :(

Good on ya for getting some but I can only hope they move back in at some point. Man this year sucks!!!

I went 24 knots at .9ish nautical miles per gallon. Not very fast. I would imagine you boat has to have a sweet spot at 2 mpg

Loaded for salmon...absolutely. Loaded for tuna...not so much. I'm comfortable out to 60 miles and pushing it running 70 at a max speed right about where you were cruising. And that's in decent water. Have to say she's probably a little bit underpowered for fully loaded tuna trips. Hopefully the stars will still align at some point this year. Day off, good weather, and actual biting tuna somewhere within range. Oh yeah...before archery elk starts. Almost caught a cold the last time you had that opening. Wish I had.

Alternatively Aseven really does have no fish....almost. Nooks through for the most part now and dimes not in. Rough today. Rod, you r the tenacious tuna hunter, if you go may the fins be with you

If they come back within range and you're going to run let me know. I've been itching to get the boat down there.

Not conflicting. The charters are getting them, but it's a longer run than most sport boats are able/willing to make.

Miss Elza Caught 30 today with Gary Grady 226 as the Capt. Will know how many Gallons used in the morning at 8. Will refuel prior to running for salmon.
