This boat is very similar to a boston whaler outrage. I take good care of it, everything works and is solid. The yamaha 4-stroke purrs and sips fuel, not sure what the exact fuel consumption is but it's excellent. This is the best hooping boat Ive owned, the bow is huge and perfect to stack 10 hoop nets. Ive taken her to the isands, la jolla, lakes and offshore with no problems. This boat is easy to tow, clean and maintain. 25' from tip of trailer to outboards prop. steve 619-792-0876 text is best.

I have the same boat and I am within days of buying a 115 Yamaha.

What's your top speed with that motor?

And what pitch prop seemed to work best for you?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

And good luck with the sale.

It is a great dry riding spacious hull that will make any buyer happy.

35mph maybe a little faster in ideal conditions.
I recomend installing a hydrafoil, gets up on plane fast without moving
    your buddies to the bow.
Im not sure the prop pitch. When I get home friday Ill let you
Know the hydrafoil # and prop pitch.
In my humble opinion yamaha4 strokes cant be beat...
So reliable, quiet, no gas smells.
Ive been really happy with mine.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I'm happy,but nervous, about going from a 150 2 stroke,
    to a 115 4 stroke.

    I'd be OK with 35mph at w.o.t.

I just don't want to be doing 20 with me and 1 other on a nice day.

Speed has never been a problem and Ive never felt under powered. I still
Get up to 30mph with two guys, full tank (45 gallons)
Gear, beer and a scoop of bait.
Im not sure the weight of a 150 4stroke (two strokes are usually lighter)
But it might be to heavy.

My 150 is 398. I think the Yamaha is 386.

And my tank is only 40.
