Heading out 2-1-19 for 15 days of heaven on the Intrepid. Planning to put some bends in the lovely UC rods TimmyD has been making me. Who else is headed out?

Just got off the boat this morning. Boat is in great shape and the crew was great. Brian and Chasen in the galley make a great team. I can honestly say it’s the best food I have ever had.

Bring some stealthy wire leaders for wahoo. Good luck!

Bait fishing for Wahoo is usually a 30lb hydrocarbon leader to 28llb single strand wire. The wire leader part is usually 12" to 18" long. Use the smallest hook you possible can. It doesn't make any different if the hook is a bait hook or circle hook.
